DELIVERY:

 

UK/MAINLAND ONLY

 

CUT-OFF TIMES

Monday - Friday: Orders placed before 12pm (noon) GMT will be shipped within 24hrs.
Saturday - Sunday: Orders placed during weekends will be shipped the next available working day.

 

You will be notified by email when your products have shipped, so you can track and manage your own delivery preferences directly with the courier, always.

 

DPD 2-3 WORKING DAYS -  £5.00 

These orders are sent via DPD and a signature will be required on delivery/unless you opt out.

If for some reason you’re not home when DPD call, they will attempt redelivery once and will leave you a contact card to reschedule a delivery/collect from your nearest office.

DPD NEXT DAY DELIVERY £10.00

Next Day Delivery parcels are sent via DPD on a next working day delivery service and a signature will be required on delivery, again, unless you opt out of this.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

 

At this time, we are not offering an international delivery service online. 

Please submit all enquiries to info@hallone.co.uk and we will provide an ad-hoc quotation specific to your requirements and destination country.

 

 

RETURNS:

 

UK Returns: 

To minimise waste, online orders are not shipped with a pre-printed returns label.

 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

 

Simply email returns@hallone.co.uk with your order number and we will send you a form.

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

 

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • All returns are subject to the discretion of Hallone Limited.

 

International Returns: 

At this time, we do not run to a specific international returns system because we currently do not ship internationally. If you have placed an order for international delivery and it has been agreed by info@hallone.co.uk then your parcel will come with return details specific to your destination country.

Fabric

  • Items that contain a minimum of 95% organic raw materials.

  • Items that contain a minimum of 5% organic raw materials blended with conventional or synthetic raw materials.

  • Items designed with a minimum of 5% and a maximum of 95% recycled raw materials blended with other raw materials.

  • Garments that contain a minimum of 95% recycled raw materials.

  • The GRS standard aims to check the recycled content of intermediate and finished products. This is to ensure that company manufacturing processes as well as social and environmental practices are sustainable and responsible.

  • Expertise Vegan Europe, better known under the EVE VEGAN label (a registered trademark), is an international control and labelling organisation specialised in vegan products, i.e. animal friendly and excluding any animal-derived products.

  • Guarantees the absence of any harmful substances or those that may pose a threat to human health or the environment.

  • Sorona® is a partially plant-based polymer. A new and innovative material, it used in the padding of our down jackets and is an eco-responsible alternative to replace fur or other animal feather paddings. Sorona® is a trademark registered by Affiliates of DuPont de Nemours, Inc. used under licence.
